Sage and I created an idea capture, to do list, project management system that works with my brain!! I had no idea why I struggled with projects and single to do items so often but I knew it was keeping me in overwhelm. After discussing my struggles and current “systems” (I use that word lightly LOL) with Sage and sorting through all of the lists and apps and calendars I already had going (a disaster at best), we figured it out. I feel hopeful that now I can focus on what matters for this day and this week without feeling overwhelmed by seeing ALL of the other things that are in the works and feeling like I don’t even know where to begin.
