Stop fighting your ADHD.
One of the biggest breakthroughs isn't finding the perfect productivity system; it's making it easier to start.
A simple strategy that works for many people is the "2-minute start." Instead of telling yourself you'll finish an entire task, commit to just two minutes. Open the document, write one sentence, or organize one small section.
Starting is often the hardest part. Once you're in motion, it's much easier to keep going.
Another helpful tip is to remove as many decisions as possible before you begin. Prepare your workspace, write down the first step, and eliminate distractions ahead of time. Less friction means more progress.
Progress doesn't come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from making it easier to take the next small step.
What's one ADHD challenge you're working through right now, and what do you need the most help with?
