Traveling has often challenged a lot of my health and wellness habits. I am thrilled to report that although the first 48 hours felt like my brain turned to mush due to time zone changes and insomnia, I told my brain, I am determined to stick to the protocols so I don’t have to start back at square one by the time I get back home. Feeling proud of myself for not falling back into old habits just because I’m tired and have brain fog.
