Some days feel calm and manageable…and some days it feels louder, more present, and harder to ignore 💙

You don’t have to fix it today.
You don’t have to figure everything out right now.
You’re allowed to just get through the moment.
Sometimes the most helpful thing is not resistance…but softness 🤍
Try this if you need a small reset:
• relax your jaw and shoulders
• take 3 slow breaths
• notice something around you
•come back to one simple task
Not to remove the sound…but to bring yourself back to you 💙
