I have made myself a list of 15/20 minute loops…. Haha …. 6 pages of them…. I work from home so can often get stuck at desk for hours…. To help me get “unstuck and make sure I get some fresh air, sunlight and movement”…. I’m tackling these loops every 75 minutes of my workday…. …. And of course…. There’s a chart in my fridge…. 🏆👍
