Snapshot section 2. What's with being 'slow deep and meandering'?
Section 2 of my Snapshot just named something I've been carrying: grief. Hmm. It also pointed out that 'the slow, deep, meandering way my brain works, the very thing I've been fighting against, might actually be the same quality that makes me good at what I most want to do'. Not sure exactly where this is going. The prompts asked what has my adhd cost me... that unconvered some grief. But in this section I was also able to notice a yearning to provide a deep and kind and accepting space for others... that I have wanted for myself. I'm wondering how being 'slow, deep and meandering' can be helpful? I suppose being slow means allowing people's hearts to emerge without pressure. hmm. 'Meandering' doesn't sound useful though.
