I’ve been noticing lately that breathwork isn’t always about big emotional releases or dramatic shifts.
Sometimes it’s subtle:
• a quieter reaction to stress
• a bit more space in your chest
• less grip on anxious thoughts
• a slower return to calm after something triggers you
And honestly, that might be the real power of it.
Not escaping life… but learning how to stay with it without being overwhelmed by it.
