Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realised something big: the gap I've always felt between wanting to show up for people and actually managing to isn't me not caring. It's the way my brain bridges intention and action. I've spent my whole life thinking I needed to try harder, when really I needed to do things differently.
This hit really hard... "you wrote those words to a child, but the person who needs to hear them most is the one who just typed them."
