I feel like, as a very self-aware person, I wasn't as surprised by the revelations in my report as others might have been. What I feel stuck on is actionable steps to get to the person I see in my answers, which I did get some clarity on in the report, but still feel like I need more. I suppose I'll process over the next few days and come up with some solutions.
