Greetings All! My name is Tra'Nise and I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD, but I seem to have traits and I am ready to take control of my life at this point and accomplish my goals instead of getting overwhelmed and shutting down. I am 50 years old and it's time for me to accomplish my goals, I have always helped others and I love it, but it's time for me to help myself as I help others with love.
