💭 Reflection:
"Happy Saturday everyone!! I'm so glad that week is over. I always dread board meetings. Actually not so much the board meeting itself, it's the prep work for it. Feels like so much to do and not enough time to do it (there's that time blindness again!). Not sure why the scores are as good as they are - the dog woke us up at midnight wanting to go outside. Then the usual wake up at 6am and I definitely wasn't ready for waking up. I will say one thing though. This week I have deviated from my sleep protocol - mainly around bedtime and hydration after 8pm. So last night, I tried to stick to it - missed hydration and bedtime by half an hour but largely stuck to it and feel better already. That said - movie night with the boys tonight so I'll probably miss 9pm again but it's in a good cause!"
