"Despite the fact that I had some issues (a written attack from a collegue), I spent a very focused day, finishing certain tasks in the morning and going to work in the afternoon. I think that the daily additional workouts that I'm making are really making a great difference, especially by the way in which I faced the attack: I didn't "identify" as much as I would do in the past, I was very steady, answered using concrete facts and took my distance from the person, declaring it. I think that the strenght I'm rebuilding in my body through the daily exercise is translating into a bigger "resistance" in daily issues like the one that happened today. Thanks again, Jim!"
