💭 Reflection:
"This morning, I'm in a much better place mentally. This is something i usually tell myself when feeling down or depressed at night is that tomorrow's a new day, things will be better in the morning. Things at least don't feel as bad with a new dawn and a new day ahead. I got to bed about 2 hours late. I believe it was my sadness over the grandkids. When I did sleep, I slept well. Today is a reunion for my younger son's homeschool co-op that he and I are going to. We will both see lots of old friends. Should be a great day, good way to nourish the soul. "
