Just tears.
Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that the caretaker, perfectionist, and class clown I became were all built the moment I learned I couldn't depend on anyone but myself. I just realized the real me has been holding her breath since age twelve, waiting for permission to want things out loud.
