Just got my ADHD Snapshot and one thing stopped me in my tracks: I have 16 years of expertise in my field, but I've been treating every new course like I still need to prove I'm qualified. The report showed me the gap was never in my knowledge - it was in a belief I've been carrying since I was a child who learned to stay invisible.
