It's on my watch!
So my conversation with Sage encouraged me to start small with transformation. So this morning, with no hesitation or DIVERSION, I sat and did 5 minutes of breathing followed by a little stretching. What a great way to begin the day.
The funny thing is, I've been wearing Samsung Health on my wrist for months, and it has box breathing built in. How many times had I previously dismissed it. Last night and this morning I used it. It's so handy.
I think I'm gonna get the hang of this morning and evening routine.
