Introduction
I learned I had ADHD from my daughter who was diagnosed with ADHD. After doing the research, I had to agree that I have it. It explains my life completely. Now that I understand that I'm not broken, that my brain just works differently, I'm ready to learn how to live with ADHD so that I can have a life that I can finally enjoy.
