Hi, my name is Richard. Happily married. I’m from Washington state, and I'm a student of Computer Science.

I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: learn about Inattentive ADHD, myself, ways to help my symptoms and become more successful as a student and other areas of my life.

For fun, I like to: cook, try new recipes, learn about and experiment with AI, walk my dog, play Xbox, and watch videos about a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: AI, ADHD, neuroscience and neuroplasticity, online methods for creating wealth, and more.
