"The breathing session this morning was really good. I don't know where the time went from the time that we started breathing until we were opening our eyes at the end. That was quite a spectacular time to spend together with our guide.
I spent more time in Nelson Park today, twice actually, and I have begun to weave the ritual around the park with regard to its forthcoming deep wounding.
More time in the sun today! Yippee!"
