💭 Reflection:
"I am so happy that I continue to work the new protocols and that I am so calm and I've stopped grazing all day - and it is two reasons - I'm calm so I don't feel the base line anxiety hunger - in fact my "food noise" is practically eliminated! and that if I feel hunger I now know to tease out the emotion and deal with it. and my life is so much easier for it. Of course I haven't found either credit card yet but I'm taking care of more important things (I did put a freeze on the one I'm sure is here - and I'm sure my alternate is also here somewhere. but I matter more. Mattering is a renewed awareness for me too. Helps fight the people pleasing thing.
My continuing challenge is in the doing tasks in some kind of order! I am slowly learning to not use all of my available energy to plan but to DO and that is so new for me. "
