Howdy eyh!

Hi, my name is Francine, but you already know that , I’m from Edmonton Alberta Canada, and I am retired. I have experience with ADHD 🤣

You can ask me questions about anything, however you may not get the answer you're expecting. Us ADHDers know that right?!

In the community of ADHD Harmony I hope to meet people and maybe eventually share our story! We all have one... maybe a few actually.

Since I'm from Canada, we love our Hockey! So I'm a big fan of Hockey and it is actually something that helps me with "regulating" my ADHD of course when my team is winning.

The other thing that helps me with ADHD is humor. I love to laugh and often times at myself.

My wish is that everybody who is part of this community and ADHD Harmony is to be able to find something they want or need whether it being small or big. 😉
