Happy Easter Everyone I Just Joined

Hi everyone, I'm Michael. I have a late diagnosis of ADHD ( Combined Type) 10 weeks ago medicated for 8 weeks. I have been self diagnosed 3 years since connecting with neurodivergentmusicians.com I use making and performing music helps self regulate ADHD symptoms as a healthy coping mechanism. Also connecting with ADHD communities and peer to peer support of lived experiences.
