and still not falling/staying asleep. Today is OK - 29th anniversary and we're going to a Broadway show - Wicked - first in way more than a year so that is very happy event! I'll keep working on my emotional stuff - find that this joy of the anniversary is leaving me ravenous and I'm snacking. Hope to find more focus tomorrow. "
