First step forward

Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and it called out something I never connected before. My wreck at 33 didn't create my ADHD - it broke the filter that had been keeping it quiet since I was a teenager. Turns out the "space case" version of me was actually a protection system I'd been running for twenty years without knowing it.
