Finding a bit of who I am
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: I was diagnosed at 58, and I've spent my whole life believing I was "just average, not that intelligent" - when really I was a differently-wired brain crossing finish lines nobody knew I was running toward. Turns out the rejection pain I could never explain to anyone actually has a name.
