Today I was really tired and just struggled along. I got a few things done, but then got aggravated after trying to figure out health insurance. After that, I just didn’t want to do anything else and so I didn’t. Now I feel down because I wasn’t productive. Now I’m scrolling on my phone trying to make myself feel better instead of following a protocol that I haven’t really setup yet.
Any advice for how to avoid letting myself get so down on myself? I appreciate you all!!
