Right now I'm a bit annoyed with myself. I committed to cleaning my car for 15 minutes at 7:00 tonight and I didn't follow through. I used work responsibilities and friends as my excuse. I think it might be fear talking. The task seems overwhelming and 15 minutes doesn't seem like enough time to make a difference and I don't know where to start. I'm not very happy with myself at the moment - both for not doing the task, and for letting myself down."
