I'm working on refining my Operation Dreamland (sleep routine). And I'm thinking a way to get my system on board to get into bed even a little earlier is to bring my sudoku book to bed. This way, if my brain isn't ready to sleep, I am doing SOMETHING to satisfy it that doesn't involve language or the phone etc. It is worth a shot! Because I know this "going to sleep at a reasonable hour" needs to be a lifestyle change, not a fad diet 🤣 But I've made a lot of progress in this. But also realized that a part of me was hesitating to get into bed at 9:30.. but in reality, I WOULD benefit from being in bed at 9:30. At least until daughter leaves for summer. So current time I'm IN bed without phone is 10 pm. But I would like to make that 9:30. That way, hopefully I would be closer to being ASLEEP by 10.
