Wind-down pattern I noticed: I spend too much time using technology before bed
Morning pattern I noticed: I can easily be distracted and lose track of time
I decided to (not) close my open loop: My open loop was to return a broken phone to my insurance company. Yes I did close my loop or finish my task. I mainly did it because it needed to be done and was an easy task to choose as one to use with the program.
And it made me feel: feels great to get that little nag off my shoulders
What surprised me: The jolt of satisfying energy I felt when I finally dropped the packages off in the mail box.
