💭 Reflection:
"Well it would be interesting to download my sleep data for last night. One of the dogs woke me at just after midnight because he urgently needed to go outside which meant I had to go too. So long story short, I eventually went back to sleep after 12:30am (actually I have absolutely no idea - that was the last time I consciously looked at the clock). I even considered asking Sage for help but didn't - determined to nut it out on my own - that was a bit stupid really as I clearly needed help. I am now awake at 3:30am ready for the Cohort 3 live with my mind/body feeling a little flat. Time for some lemon and ginger tea and see whether I perk up for the rest of the day! Any tips on pick-me-ups are welcome!"
