📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: finances&work
🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: It is good to turn off the screens and journal. I like journalling.
🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: Getting outside, into natural daylight, getting my body moving, is good.
🔁 I need to close my open loop, soon, because there's a deadline connected: my business email hosting account is expiring and I have decided to get a different one.
💭 Once I get it done, it will feel good. A relief.
🤯 What is interesting, is how I've been able to do some steps with the open loop, and I had the thought, obvious and a nobrainer to many, but somehow a new or not well know thought to me: "It IS ok to do things in stages." I don't have to do tasks in one big effort. Leaping tall buildings in a single bound sounds exciting... but I have to realise that I'm not superman. I'm not, and I don't have to be.
