💭 Reflection:
"I haven't slept for long but heaps by my standard - 11:30pm - 6:15pm (5 3/4 hrs). The quality of sleep was great. Before going to sleep, I did some Yoga Nirda again (thx Sage!) although I swear I only lasted a few minutes! It's Saturday so I know the pressure isn't on me to get through as much as I would during the week. I will aim to get some outside work done as that revitalises my soul. My youngest is already awake and dressed - waiting to go to the growers' market. He has a favourite stall owner and she spoils him rotten - he even got her a bunch of flowers for Mothers' Day. My eldest has been selected to represent 2 NZ clubs to play in a tournament in Australia for football and also selected to go to Christchurch NZ. We've got to work out how to pay for it all now which feels daunting but it's a fantastic opportunity for him!"
