💭 Reflection:
I didn’t get much sleep but heading to bed earlier tonight as I have work in the morning. However on the x2 hours of sleep I did get I feel quite alert and raring to go. Sleep has been a problem for me for the past two years as I can go to bed early but now sleep or fall asleep but not stay asleep. I’ve been productive though, did housework and took time to recover from the lack of sleep (taking direction from my Oura app) and being kind to myself.
