"Felt fine this morning, as usual, did some writing, then went to help a friend take down an art show, came home and feel completely drained zero energy and motivation, as usual in the afternoon.
I think my sleep quality is ok but don't think I'm getting enough sleep. My alarm goes at the same time every morning regardless of when I go to sleep.
I realized, I am reluctant to go to bed because I hate lying awake, which is my expectation after years of insomnia, so I can't get myself to go to bed until I'm struggling to stay awake, so I can go to sleep quickly once I lie down. So I always get to bed later than I want to."
