"My scores are low today for a specific reason, but not because of bad habits. IYKYK 😩 However, the breathwork session today was very good. I didn’t want it to end because I reached a state of consciousness that I haven’t reached yet and I wanted to stay there. 😢😢😢 As soon as he said we were wrapping up is when it started to happen. I need to do this again. I felt like I released a lot physically and energetically but I also felt very happy and grateful. I was full of self-love 🩷 "
