"Today was a pretty chill day. Mostly a planning day, which is how I like my Mondays. The body-doubling session with Diana and Deb was a success. I can't even explain how amazing life is right now. Even the lows. All of the self-awareness has been rewarding to say the least. I've gained so many new perspectives that I am finally moving forward with life in such a positive way. ๐ฅฐ"
