"Today was so busy and demanding. The only time I got to sit down and SOMEWHAT relax was at dinner time. On top of that, I just felt so emotional throughout the day. I wish there were more hours in the day βΉοΈ
On a positive note, I got to schedule time for weekly accountability check-ins and body doubling sessions with Diana and Deb. I also stepped out of my comfort zone and joined a divination practice session to build connections and make myself seen."
