"What's really bothering me is that I ended up procrastinating for about 3 hours scrolling on Facebook. I was working on my project and literally shied away from it to Facebook. I felt guilty for a while, but I had been working on my project for 7 days straight and never really took a break from it. I actually did catch up with friends, but I also let my mind just be fed useless information. I got my fix now, and it is time to move on and get back to work. "
