Comeback Time!
Just built my Comeback Protocol in Week 3 and realized something wild: my most common thought loop is rehearsing explanations to people who will never hold court. I gave my inner critic a name (she already had one), built a phrase to interrupt the loop, and mapped my exact three-step reset. Biggest takeaway? I already used this protocol once without knowing it. Now I just need to make it repeatable.
