I realized that my therapy session on Monday (trauma work) has probably what influenced my mood and energy. I just couldn't move forward. Some deep integration was probably happening, and i should have just relaxed into it even more :) I accidentally got some caffeine last evening ( have not had any in many years) so I WAS awake. I cleaned my kitchen- closed that loop. Began with the worksheets, and slept in the morning. Did my new morning routine. Have some ideas for AI. All is well :) <3 Have a nice day out there
