"Right now I feel pretty good. I had a nice evening with my wife. I slept well. I forcibly fasted because I had to have some blood work done. LOL I stopped at the grocery store. Yes, I had to use a motorized cart to get around, but I did. I didn't get embarrassed my the loud beeping it makes when I have to go in reverse. Today was a very different day than previous days. I hope more like this will happen. It will, it may not be every day, but stay in the present. I need to focus on that. Not my past, not what might be. Now! I still have a long ways to go. But, I'm going, and that's the small win. I'm moving and not standing still as I was before."
