"Although I slept less than yesterday, I still had a really good sleep with an overall sleep score of 83 - just 2 points less than yesterday! Amazing! My usual wind down for bed didn't happen. Saturday night is movie night for the boys and they decided in their infinite wisdom to watch a horror Alien Romulus. I don't like horrors and surprisingly, even after that, I maanged to get a good sleep - that's the sleep protocol working. I've noticed a difference when I wake up in the mornings most recently, where I wake up feeling tired but rested whereas previously I was feeling as though I was running on fumes. It's an amazing feeling! The new, future me is going to be here before we know it!!"
