"So I just finished doing week two and found out that sleep is my first domino. So there are some adjustments that I need to make and I'm looking forward to making those. I'm about to program my computer to remind me about wind-down. (Computer is the trigger word for the Alexa Amazon Show 11 next to my chair). I even feel some progress happening on several levels. "
