Capability vs Compatibility
Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realised something. At work I get told "we have always done it this way" and I file it as proof I'm too much. Turns out the problem was never my capability, it was the compatibility. And my whole lounge, right down to the beer in the box, has been making my choices for me.
