ADHD Snapshot Section 1-3
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I never saw before: the compassion I'd give my 12-year-old self is the exact compassion I've been refusing to give myself today. I've spent decades calling myself "wrong" for what might just be how my brain works.
