Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something. For nearly 50 years I thought "weird, awkward, different" was my story, but it was never mine - it was handed to me by everyone else before I was old enough to argue. And the letter I wrote to my younger self? Turns out those are the exact words I still need to hear today.
