ADHD I
Just reading about different types and I think I am this one. Over the weeks by reading posts here, it has amazed me that things I took no notice of seems to be typical of us.
I just found out that something I always do is picking at cuticles or skin and apparently this isn’t unusual… that’s a new one. Every day I am learning more about this.
I now need to find my superpower
