Hi, Everyone! We just finished a very interesting session with Jim, where he explained some modern models about ADHD and gave us very useful practical advices. The topic of the link between traumas and childhood experiences came out in the chat and I decided to inform those that may be interested that a great reading (in my opinion, of course) is Dr Alex Loyd's "The Healing Code", above all when he speaks about how the brain of children works (brainwaves) and what he calls "popsicle memories" (simply put, how an apparently innocent event, that can't be really considered a trauma with violence or abuse, because there's nothing like that, could anyway have a negative impact on that person's life when they become adult). I love that book (and the author, I personally worked with him and was trained) and I recommended it to friends and patients: all those who read it, loved it, too, and thanked me for the suggestion! I hope some of you will be one of such people, too, because certain informations are so useful and written in such a simple way!
