A complicated soul

Hey everyone, my names Tom - I’ve struggled my whole life, trying to figure out “what’s wrong with me”, and discovered that I have ADHD 6 months ago at the age of 33, completely by accident.

I quit a toxic job impulsively after 14 years of pushing through and job hopping. I decided to start my own business, but I couldn’t open my laptop. I’ve since been diagnosed with ADHD and CPTSD, and am currently experiencing the burnout and a complete identity crisis.

I’m hoping that I’ll find some clarity throughout this process and looking forward to getting started!
