2 big Roacks achieved today 💪
Hello all ! I missed the live session yesterday about Body Doubling but I watched the replay and it boosted me to finish my application form to a professional coaching school ! This was my main big rock for this week. And Also I wanted to start a new habit of going swimming and I went 3 times although yesterday’s swim is the one that counts as I really had an oppotunity to swim quite a few lengths which produced good dopamine after the « pain ». Also surprisingly I managed to quit smoking since Saturday without any effort. It’s obvious that something happened in my mind and my anxiety level has lowered a lot. My fears come back at times, but I listed all the wins I had since I started my burnout at work and I realize I made a lot of progress. Thanks and the team !
